Canyon Estates Announces Finished Lot Sales Program (Link)

Canyon Estates is a custom home community of thirty-five view homesites ranging from approximately ½ to 1 acre: Located at the gateway to world famous Napa Valley, Canyon Estates is situated in the beautiful foothills of American Canyon, within walking distance of highly rated schools, shopping, parks, the planned Town Center, and the City’s growing business park. Residents of Canyon Estates will enjoy a private entry, private internal trails, and over 2,000 contiguous acres of surrounding permanent open space. Elevated up to 180 feet above the valley floor, the generous homesites in Canyon Estates feature both privacy and stunning views of Napa Valley, the Napa River, San Francisco Bay, and the dramatic hills which rise to the east. Canyon Estates also offers excellent access to major job centers along Interstates 80 & 680.

Amenities and Utility Services: Each finished homesite in Canyon Estates will include a certified building pad, ready for home construction, together with access to public water and fire protection, public wastewater, natural gas and electric service, and cable telecommunications services. As a planned development, Canyon Estates has an association of homeowners responsible for private streets, the private storm water system, private community trails, and internal open space amenities within Parcels A-E along the natural drainage and Newell Creek, and separating homesites from Newell Drive to create privacy. A Habitat Preserve consisting of 67 acres has been created east of Canyon Estates for protection of threatened and endangered species. A public trail will be improved and dedicated along the southerly side of Canyon Estates for access to the Canyon Estates Observation Point overlooking Napa Valley and San Francisco Bay. The Canyon Estates Habitat Preserve adjoins over 2,000 additional acres of permanent open space, much of which is accessible from a trail system to the north.

Public Schools: Canyon Estates is within the Napa Unified School District and served by the following excellent public schools: (a) American Canyon High School, (b) American Canyon Middle School, and (c) Canyon oaks Elementary. A new middle school is currently planned to be built adjoining American Canyon High School.  Please see the “Resources” tab for additional details.

Construction Timing: Construction began in Fall 2020. All subdivision improvements are expected to be completed by late Summer of 2021, at which time finished homesites will be ready for construction of individual custom homes.
